Stop Human Trafficking!
Human trafficking is a form of modern-day slavery. Traffickers take advantage of vulnerable persons with false promises or physical abduction, forcing them into contract slavery, forced labor and sexual trafficking. On Tuesday, May 23 at 4:00 p.m., our church family will visit The Kristi House' Project Gold for a very special outreach to spread hope and love to the young victims of human trafficking. We will be hosting a dinner for these unique young ladies and ask that our volunteers bring a food contribution, including a side dish or dessert.
To register, and to confirm your food contribution, please contact Rev. Vidalis Lopez at firstname.lastname@example.org by Wednesday, May 17. In case you cannot join us on May 24, please mark your calendar for our next outreach to the Kristi House on June 20!
